Synthesis Example 15: Synthesis of Compound A82 (0371) Pd(dba)3 (0.03 eq), (t-Bu)3P (0.06 eq), and toluene (based on a reagent (0.1 M 1 eq)) were added to a flask containing Int C-2 (1 eq) and R?-4 (1.2 eq) to form a mixed solution, and then, the mixed solution was stirred under reflux for 5 hours.
