[2758] To a stirred solution of compound 965 (680 mg) in 10 ml THF at -78¡ã C. was added dropwise 1.0M LAH in THF (5.0 ml). Reaction was stirred and allowed to warm to room temperature overnight. Cooled reaction mixture to 0¡ã C. then added 5 ml of H2O dropwise. Allowed reaction to warm to room temperature while stirring for 1 hr. Filtered through celite and rinsed with 20 ml THF/40 ml H2O.
